Noun Information for Prospective Students

Kindly take note of the following information;
  1. Applicants from last semester should refill the application form provided the form is still open.
  2. Applicants who wish to change programme should return to the form and refill application form. They should select the new programme. Applicants can have access to their application form provided matric number have not being issued. 
  3. Applicants/Students who have matric number and wish to change programme should apply for the change of programme. There is a change of programme fee of 5000 Naira. The procedure for programme change can be assessed at http://nouedu.net/announcements/procedure-change-program
  4. Students who have registered for 2020_1 but are unable to login should have their student login reset at the study centre.

Examination Rules for Lagos Study Centre Students


  1. Students are expected to be in the examination venue 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  2. PLEASE NOTE that students will not be admitted into the examination hall 30 minutes after the commencement of the each session.  Students who are late would not be admitted into the examination hall.
  3. Students are expected to dress decently during the examinations and at all times.
  4. Students are to always maintain a proper conduct especially when addressing staff. They are NOT to addressthe invigilators rudely.  Students who infringe this rule may be disqualified from sitting for the examination.
  5. Students must conduct themselves with decorum at all times during and after the examinations.
  6. Students who come to write examination with toddlers should be mindful so that they are not seen running around the examination so as not to distract other students.
  7. Students are to come to the exam hall with the following documents:
  1. Agreement form
  2. I.D Card
  3. Examination registration slip
  4. Evidence of payment i.e. e-wallet page stamped and signed by bursary staff of the centre.

NOUN Students ID Card, Passport Upload and Printout Procedure for New Students

This is to inform all students that it is very important to upload a passport and printout an ID Card for the forthcoming examinations.

Please find below a guide on how to upload passport and print ID Card.

NOUN Student Portal Procedure to Upload and Print of ID Card

Note: a Successful passport will be displayed on your student portal homepage.
  1. Login with your Noun Matric number and password.
  2. Goto ‘Upload your photo’ on your menu.
  3. Save passport with your matric number in this form nou111111111.jpg or nou111111111.png
  4. Click ‘Choose file’ to select the saved passport on your computer.
  5. Click ‘Submit’ ( Note: a Successful passport will be displayed on your homepage)
  6. Goto ‘Registration’ on your portal menu.
  7. Click ‘Your ID Card’
  8. Click ‘Preview ID’
  9. Click “Print”
  10. Adjust the size of the ID using the Printer settings.
  11. Print ID Card.

You registered a wrong program either intentional or by mistake, and all through this period you've all been looking to apply for a change of program. This article is for you.

This is what is expected of you. Follow each step as explained.

Kindly follow the steps below if you need to change your programme.

1. Download Pdf form for change of program. Scroll down the article if you are unsure on how to download a Pdf file.
2. Generate 5000 naira remita from remita.net. Follow every instruction here to generating a Remita Reference Retrieval Number ( RRR Number for short)
3. Pay in the nearest bank. A lot of Noun Participation Banks to choose from.
4. Fill, submit the form printed out with the remita print out from bank, and necessary credential to the study centre.

NOUN Migration OF Students in suspended Programmes to other relevant Programmes

Please be informed that the University Management has approved the suspension of the under-listed programmes in line with the directive of the National Universities Commission (NUC):
• B. Aquaculture and Fisheries Management
• B. Sc Financial Mathematics
• B. Sc Data Management

In view of the above, all students who are currently registered for the programmes are advised to migrate to relevant approved programmes within their faculties to enable them to graduate.
